Important Update: Connect Case Center will be replaced by DS Core – here’s how to stay connected with us

The Connect Case Center (CCC) will be discontinued on 15 November 2025. From that date, DS Core will be the new platform for your digital collaboration with dental laboratories.

The good news: DS Core Access is free of charge for features equivalent to CCC. For additional functions, a paid subscription is available.

To ensure you can continue working with us without interruption, here’s your step-by-step guide to setting up INFINIDENT Solutions as your preferred lab in DS Core.

Timeline for the transition to DS Core

  • 15 November 2025 – Dentist access will be deactivated
    → From this date, you will no longer be able to access the Connect Case Center.
    Tip: Complete your DS Core setup before this deadline to ensure a smooth transition.
  • March 2026 – Laboratory access will be deactivated
    → CCC will be fully discontinued, including inbox access for labs.
    Important: Add us as your preferred lab in DS Core so you can continue sending us cases.

How to set INFINIDENT Solutions as your preferred lab

Important: Confirm or add your preferred lab

  1. Log into DS Core. (External Link to DS Core).
  2. Click your Practice account (top right), then select Practice.

  3. In the Practice menu, go to Preferred labs.

  4. Check if INFINIDENT Solutions is already listed and marked as active.
    • If yes: you're ready to submit cases to us.
    • If not:

      • Click Add preferred lab.
      • Search for “INFINIDENT Solutions” and click Add lab.

      • Confirm in the pop-up window.

      • You’ll now see INFINIDENT listed as active.

Next step: Place your order with INFINIDENT

Step 2: Check your patient files in DS Core

  1. From your DS Core dashboard, search for the patient.
  2. Open the patient record.
  3. Make sure all necessary files (e.g. intraoral scans) are available and ready.
    • If yes: proceed to the next step.
    • If not: click Add media to upload files.

Step 3: Submit your case to INFINIDENT Solutions

  1. From the dashboard: click New > New order
    or
    From the patient view: go to Order > New order.
  2. Assign the order to the patient.
  3. Choose the required device (e.g. splint, model, provisional or final restoration, etc.).
  4. Optional: activate Show advanced options to customise e.g. fit, shade, contacts.
  5. Click Apply, then Next.
  6. Choose INFINIDENT Solutions as your lab, select a desired delivery date, add patient data and comments if needed.
  7. Review all order details, edit if necessary.
  8. Click Place order – and you’re done!

You’ll now see the order in your Orders list, with an order number and all attached files. Your case is now in progress.

Important: In order to send us orders via the DS Core Portal or to have orders processed by us, we require a one-time SEPA direct debit mandate from you. After that, we can easily create, change and deliver orders for you in our production management system.

DS Core not only replaces CCC – it offers a more modern, efficient way to manage your digital lab communication.
To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend that you set up DS Core now and register INFINIDENT Solutions as your preferred laboratory!
