On our own account: Website relaunch
Many months of work and hundreds of hours later, the time has finally come. We are very pleased to be able to present our significantly revised order portal to you today.
The new design, the workflow and the revised content carry our further developed positioning and our brand image to the outside. Furthermore, we are trying to make it as easy as possible for you to work with us and have particularly focused on these areas. All content will be delivered encrypted via HTTPS - as before.
What's new:
Appearance
Our existing website - the system we have been using to manage our website for 4 years - has been replaced. With the current system, we have now chosen a fresher and, in our opinion, clearer approach.
The new start page shows all information, such as product information, promotions, etc. at a glance. Of course, as usual, you can click directly into the desired indication spectrum via the menu navigation. On the right-hand side of the screen you will now permanently find the direct way to us: via telephone or also via Teamviewer session. The "My INFINIDENT" area and shopping basket are still located at the top right. New additions are a product search and notepad.
The product area
There have also been some changes in the area of product categories. Articles can now be found and selected either via the main category or the respective sub-category. From now on, the respective manufacturer and availability will also be displayed.
The product view has been significantly changed. In addition to adjustments to the layout, details have been added to the product description. In addition to marketing information, relevant product information such as DoC (manufacturer's declaration of conformity), safety data sheets and instructions for use can now be downloaded directly.
DHL Express Live-Tracking
We are particularly happy that we can now finally offer all customers live tracking of their order. After the order ("in clarification"), production ("in process") and transfer to shipping ("in shipping"), our customers can now track the current status of the shipment as soon as the shipment information is made available.
Of course, all orders can still be searched and missing documents can be downloaded if required.
Product search
Another new feature is the product search. If you are in a hurry, you can use the direct search to find the desired product quickly and easily. This is particularly helpful for accessories such as model analogues.
Continuous development
The new ordering platform lays the foundation for our new brand communication. This creates the basis for a permanent further development and constant improvement of our service and product portfolio. The start has been made - and bit by bit we are now further optimising our pages.
Over the next few weeks, all individual advancements will be introduced one by one.
