What quality means to us
Since 2004, INFINIDENT has been manufacturing high-quality, innovative and market-driven preliminary products for use in the manufacture of custom-made items. As a former member of the Dentsply Sirona Group, INFINIDENT also enjoys over 30 years of dental CAD/CAM experience. In addition to the production of high-quality dental restorations, we focus on comprehensive, qualified services and are continually working to expand our existing service portfolio.
Our goal is to maintain the trust and satisfaction of our customers and employees over the long term. In addition to the expertise of our employees in the sale of technologically sophisticated and exclusive products, the long-term partnerships with our dental customers, employees, suppliers and other business partners remains an important foundation for our success. Committed employees represent the basis for this. Their performance contributes towards ensuring the highest possible levels of safety and quality of all our products and services.
A central part of the company policy is to only provide services and products that fully meet the quality requirements and thus the expectations of all our customers. These objectives can only be achieved with a mindset focussed on safety when it comes to manufacturing and distributing semi-finished products. For this reason, a comprehensive quality management system in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 13485:2012 for safe medical products was introduced in 2013. The prerequisites for manufacturing our semi-finished products were once again confirmed through certification according to DIN EN ISO 13485:2016, during which we successfully underwent initial certification again in accordance with the new and more stringent requirements of the ISO standard.
All our products are manufactured according to the specifications of the respective client and the patient as shown in the documentation of the client. Production is carried out using industrial processes and with an understanding of dental technology on the basis of the certified quality management system. Furthermore, only materials which meet the basic requirements of Annex I of the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC, and for which a conformity assessment procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Directive has been successfully carried out by the manufacturer for this product group, are used in production. The corresponding declarations of conformity have been provided to INFINIDENT Solutions GmbH and can be viewed or downloaded in the service area at www.infinidentsolutions.com/en/service.
In order to give our dental technology customers the greatest possible security in relation to the further processing of the materials manufactured by us, our dental technology support is also available to provide assistance whenever required. The respective processing instructions of the manufacturers can be downloaded from our service area at any time.
This understanding ensures the safety of our products, both now and in the future, as well as the fulfilment of all legal requirements in the interest of our customers.
