exocad announces SOFTWARE SWAP campaign

How does it work? 

• The offer is valid from March 1, 2023 to April 30, 2023 for all 3rd party CAD users

 • The SOFTWARE SWAP is offered only for DentalCAD Ultimate Bundle (perpetual or flex)

What is the SOFTWARE SWAP campaign?

End users with functioning CAD/CAM systems, e.g. based on 3Shape®, Dental Wings®, Dentsply Sirona®, can easily trade in their active license towards a new exocad DentalCAD Ultimate Bundle (flex or perpetual).

With this trade-in campaign the user will benefit from:

• More value for money: exocad aims at enhancing customer satisfaction by offering a high-quality product
• More libraries: access to more than 100,000 integrated components and continued integration of new ones every day
• Freedom of choice: the open architecture of the exocad platform is smoothly integrated with the vast majority of intraoral- and desktop scanners, milling machines, and additive manufacturing systems

Special price conditions:

• The RRP price for the DentalCAD Ultimate Bundle trade-in is € 7,500 (perpetual license) and € 3,500 (flex license)
• exocad licenses are subject to automatic renewal after one year (if not cancelled). From the second year on an annual subscription applies according to the license terms and the official price list.
• The deactivation/cancellation of the contract is possible until one month prior to the end of the contract. There is no partial repayment of fees in case of a cancellation before the end of the contract
• This is a time-limited campaign, and it cannot be combined with other promotions and/or discounts

How can I benefit from the SWAP campaign?

1. We get in touch with you or you get in contact with INFINIDENT

2. We check that the competitive CAD license is still working (must be from competitive brand such as 3Shape®, Dental Wings® or Dentsply Sirona® and other competitive brands)

3. We order yor new DentalCAD Ultimate Bundle

4. Proof of exchange: INFINIDENT will then have to provide exocad within two weeks (starting from the shipment of the new license) with the proof of the Trade-In, which means: a copy of the end-user invoice with details of the Trade-In and evidence that the competitive CAD license has been decommissioned.

• To prove that the competitive CAD license is decommissioned, the shipment of the competitive dongle to exocad is preferred. Optionally, a video or images where the serial number and the date of de-installation is visible will also be accepted
• In case of invalid or delayed proof, the price difference will be charged to the customer
