New prices for national and international express shipping

The unusual developments this year have shown more than ever how important a reliable and resilient network is to ensure a Europe-wide service and to be able to maintain the business of our customers and their partners or the care of their patients.

In order to be able to deliver the goods you ordered on time at any time, we have been working trustfully and successfully with DHL Express since 2011. Our partner has now informed us that DHL Express will continue to invest in forward-looking innovations. From the construction of new hubs and gateways and the modernisation of their aircraft fleet, which ensure the best possible transit times and make a significant contribution to an improved ecological footprint, to increasingly digitised processes that make it easier and even more convenient for us to send and you to receive express shipments.

However, due to increased process costs, DHL Express is now also forced to make a price adjustment in order to maintain the existing level of service. So far, we have not passed on the annual price increases to our customers and have thus ensured stable prices and planning security since 2011. We want to continue to ensure this, but we cannot avoid adjusting our shipping prices to the current cost level.

The new prices will apply from January 1, 2021. Customers who order before the turn of the year will receive our goods and services at the previous conditions.

The new shipping prices apply as follows:

Zone 1A: Germany (Time Definite 12:00)

from 01.01.2021: 8,00€

Zone 1B: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland

from 01.01.2021: 10,00€

Zone 2: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom

from 01.01.2021: 10,00€

Zone 3: Spain, Italy

from 01.01.2021: 9,00€

Please note that the price will continue to apply per order/order basket, i.e. you can order an unlimited number of items from us using one shipment.
