INDIVIDUAL NP hybrid: the best of both worlds! Now available.

Darmstadt, 30 December 2020. INFINIDENT Solutions, the industry- and laboratory-independent CAD/CAM digital service partner for practice and dental laboratories in Europe, is expanding its range of implant-supported abutments and directly veneerable bridges made of cobalt chrome (CoCr).

INFINIDENT has been successfully offering dental solutions using the laser sintering process since 2007. Now INFINIDENT has once again expanded its existing portfolio with hybrid, laser-sintered implant abutments. With the new INDIVIDUAL NP hybrid, dental laboratories now have precisely fitting implant abutments for the restoration of single implants (abutments) or even several implants (implant bridges) for further processing in the laboratory. And all this with an absolutely simple and safe workflow.

The laboratory first records the correct position of the implant digitally with the scanbody provided by INFINIDENT.

Then the design is implemented in exocad DentalCAD (3Shape Dental System available soon) according to the respective indication and the appropriate implant connection is assigned to it.

INFINIDENT Solutions provides the required implant library free of charge.

The finished design is then sent via the INFINIDENT Solutions order page (infinidentsolutions.com) and produced immediately. The frameworks are first manufactured using the laser sintering process. In a second production step, the fitting surfaces are then precisely machined in a 5-axis simultaneous milling process on specialised industrial machines.

INDIVIDUAL NP hybrid is available for the most common implant systems at the start. The range is constantly being expanded.
