Which licences can be submitted for the ULTIMATE TRADE-UP OFFER?
You can submit any DentalCAD Perpetual or Flex license that was activated on or before August 31, 2023.

Are Flex licenses also eligible for the upgrade?

Does it matter if the upgrade contract of the perpetual or flex licence has already expired?
No, it does not matter if the upgrade contract has expired or is still valid. You can use the ULTIMATE TRADE-UP OFFER in all cases.

What happens to the upgrade contract after activation of the Ultimate Trade-Up offer?
A new one-year upgrade contract starts on the day of the Ultimate Trade-Up activation. This upgrade contract will automatically renew if it is not cancelled1.

Does it make a difference if the licence has activated modules?
No, it makes no difference if modules are activated for the licence. After purchasing the ULTIMATE TRADE-UP OFFER, the existing licence will be equipped with all missing modules and will then contain all modules of the Ultimate Bundle.

What are the costs of the ULTIMATE TRADE-UP OFFER and are they fixed?
The costs are fixed - regardless of the age of the licence, whether the licence has an upgrade contract or of any activated modules. The RRP is €5,200. There are no additional fees (e.g. the refresh fee is waived for this offer)1,2.

Do we have to replace the dongle?
No, dongles do not need to be replaced. You keep your existing dongle.

What do I have to do to benefit from the ULTIMATE TRADE-UP OFFER?

• First, check if it is a DentalCAD Perpetual license that was activated on or before August 31, 2023.

  • Please provide the serial number of the licence in a text format and tell us that you would like to order the ULTIMATE TRADE-UP OFFER.

After checking your request, we will activate the new upgrade contract for you and send you the activation keys for the modules. We will then send you the corresponding invoice.
